Him being out shouldn't matter on a team with curry, Durant, Cousins, and Green.

I get what you are saying,

But at the same time, Curry, Green and Klay are all absolutely vital cogs to the Warrior system. They are still a good team without any 1, but far from an unbeatable juggernaut. With all 3 + either KD or Cousins they are pretty close to unbeatable. With both, forget about it.

What does having guaranteed contracts have to do with it? That's not the issue.

If a team doesn't want a player anymore, they can trade them, whether the player wants to leave or not and whether he has fulfilled his contract or not..

But if a player wants to leave before the end of his contract, that's somehow not ok.

That's the issue.

But unlike the NFL if a team doesn't want a player because he is not performing they are stuck paying him. I'd take that tradeoff as the player.

Even if they plan to keep Vuvecic. That shouldn't affect Mo's future potential.
