The impressive thing was watching GS crumble without Steph (and Dray too) after looking unbeatable before he was hurt.

Still though. Once they get past the early bumps, GS minus Curry is still a contender in the West. The would be very beatable, but they would have a shot.

Cleveland literally went from the Finals to top of the lottery. Current LA roster without LeBron would almost DEFINITELY be 14th in the West with u

Curry has won not 1, but 2 MVPs since LeBron's last. Giannis is fantastic, but I am sorry. Switch LeBron and Giannis and the Bucks would be better and Lakers would be worse.

LeBron has to be the MVP this year if he and the Lakers keep this up. He just has to be.

Bucks finish with 55 wins and finishes 2nd in the east while the Lakers win 50 games and finishes 4th or 5th in the west.

Who is your mvp?

Or rather, he should be but probably won't. Like Jordan, voters just get tired of giving it to the obvious choice year after year

LeBron hands down.

55 wins in the East is like 45 in the West.

And Giannis has better support.

But he hasn't won it in a long time.

I agree, he deserves to get it if things go how they've been going. But there's a good chance he won't.

Fantasy football playoffs-- in the semi's...play a guy that squeaked by last week- the guy that lost Hunt.....

Sure looks good- but as soon as you say that- shit happens in fantasy football.

De'Aaron Fox
Fox is quickly becoming one of my favorite players. Awesome leader, great work ethic, supremely talented.

I love seeing the Kings win- esp. because its a big FU to the Celtics and the pick of yours they own.

:wtf2:

The Rockets are interested in JR Smith. :pound:

Since the Rockets brass has a very bad idea in getting JR Buckets I got some other bad ideas for them.

-Bring back Melo & start him
-Fire D'Antoni & replace him w/ Lavar Ball
-Sign Jammin' Jimmer, he's knockin' down buckets left 'n right in some league on the other side of the planet. A team can never have too many shooter. Am I right @Mecca?:heh:
^ This ^

All of this...lol

I was anti-Rockets last year because it would have been a even bigger indictment on the Clippers for their epic failures if he would have won his first Season away from that dumpster fire.

Now, I almost feel sorry for him....lol

But, thank GAWD he saved the Clippers from themselves by forcing his way out.

Chris Paul is no longer a max level player and he's only in the first year of that deal.

BRUTAL.

Smart move.

I don't really like Barrett for you, unless you get rid of Sexton.

But, Reddish or Zion would fit seamlessly.

I feel the same way they are comparing RJ to a Melo type of player, high volume shooter not very efficient. No thanks. I want a willing passer. Zion or Reddish

My post wasn't intended to take anything away from LBJ.

And you think the Lakers would be worse than last season if they had Giannis rather than LBJ?
Lol...hell no.

Giannis is a beast.

He's not on Lebron's level.

But, there aren't 5 other guys in the NBA that are better than The Freak.

You can tell he thought it was gonna be the RJ show.

But, he's being completely overshadowed by his teammate over compensating.

I really like the Melo comparison.

I saw a article that compared him to Middleton.

I don't see it outside of his height, he's 6'7, and reportedly, he has grown during the Season.

I see him as a Rashard Lewis.

Even if he is Melo 2.0.

There is a reason LeBron went before Melo.

Zion is not LeBron.

He can't create like that.

But, he is a physical marvel.

He might not be LeBron.

But, he could be the Next Larry Johnson.

If memory serves me correctly, Grand Mama was a fucking MONSTA pre back injury.

Currently being discussed per source: LA giving up KCP & a 1st round pick, Phoenix Suns giving up Trevor Ariza, & the Philadelphia 76ers giving up Markelle Fultz, Shake Milton.

pretty much what we figured- LA giving up a first along with KCP to get Ariza...

but, is that really worth a first rounder? i dunno......is the difference between KCP and Ariza worth a first round pick? its a question i am glad i dont have to answer.

I gotta say- if I had hte first pick i would take Zion and not think twice about it.

I saw Doncic play- and you could tell he was special. Zion is a special player.

Imo both arent going to be the centerpiece to get a championship but I feel like having Zion gets you closer. RJ is a pure scorer, he actually only shoots 30% from 3 but he cant definitely get better at shooting. I didnt know he was growing, if he grows another 3-4” should the Cavs take him #1? Lolzz

Who is your mvp?

Considering where the Lakers finished last season (compared to the Bucks) and the WC being tougher?

James.
