That's my point. I get that Hue didn't do the job but the Browns never had the possibility of being a solid team under him until this year. Where he messed up at this season was not starting Baker out of the gate IMO.

I would like to see him get another HC job in the future but in a better situation.

Browns had the 2nd lowest over/under win total projection last year and the lowest in 2016.

This was never going to be a good team during those years. Yeah maybe with a better coach, they win 2 or 3 games in those seasons instead of 1 combined but all around it was a bad situation and a team obviously rebuilding

I agree. It's hard to tell how good a coach is when most of his players would do well to be practice squad players on most other teams.

The Sixers coach is a perfect example of this.

Dude was 47-199 in his first 3 years but thankful for him, the organization didn't have a quick hook

Do you think Hue is that bad of a coach? Those Browns teams were not good to say the least.

Yes. I really do.

Those rosters were not great, but they had talent. Especially on defense. Hue was in charge of the offense and he couldn't figure out how to score enough points to win more than 1 game in 2 years?

I mean, not suggesting they would have made the playoffs or anything, but they had a strong front 7 and a good running game.

A mediocre coach wins 3 games a year with that group. A dynamic coach might get 4 or 5.

Shoot, the Browns were 2-5-1 with playoff caliber talent this year. Now 2-1 without Jackson with the only loss being to the Chiefs.

i agree. I just hope he gets another job down the road. Browns made the right move by firing him but I hope to see him getting one more chance at HC with a better team.

Good one at Oracle so far, end of 1 Ws 26 Magic 25. Feels like another close game, they are like Sacto, young, hungry, well coached, some nice young players. Vucevic is crushing it.

Um, well, yeah. Magic up 18 late in the 2nd LOL. KD cannot carry a team, simple as that.

Fournier and Gordon have done nothing and they are still up 12. Surprising

Apparently they really needed 76 points from Klay and KD to beat Orlando without Gordon, Fournier is missing. No other player was is in double figures. Yikes. They need Steph.

Clearly the Warriors are struggling right now because they've lost their swag. They need Nick Young.

Yep, they have no bench so when 2 bench guys have to start they REALLY have no bench

KD (49) & Klay (29) willed the Dubs to a 116-110 victory tonight.

The Magic bench outscored the GS bench 54-24...but that still wasn't enough.

It probably helped that Orlando also played last night down in LA.

:suds:
