That's my point. I get that Hue didn't do the job but the Browns never had the possibility of being a solid team under him until this year. Where he messed up at this season was not starting Baker out of the gate IMO.
I would like to see him get another HC job in the future but in a better situation.
Browns had the 2nd lowest over/under win total projection last year and the lowest in 2016.
This was never going to be a good team during those years. Yeah maybe with a better coach, they win 2 or 3 games in those seasons instead of 1 combined but all around it was a bad situation and a team obviously rebuilding
I agree. It's hard to tell how good a coach is when most of his players would do well to be practice squad players on most other teams.
