what part of that article said he would refuse to take a buyout?

Doesn't exactly say he would refuse, but the very first sentence says he has no plans to ask for or accept a buyout.

LOL you clearly hate Ball. I'm not a fan of his either but yeah I wouldn't rank Giles, Isaac, or Anunoby ahead of him.

I've seen nothing from Giles at Duke or with the Kings to suggest he is going to be a good NBA player

and yet the other day he said he wasn't trying to dog Ball. knew the bastid was lying...

He should be the siths man IMO
Yep.

Or, just get rid of his ass.

They aren't going to pay him this Summer and probably shouldn't.

He's a Rich Paul Client.

So, all eyes on the Lakers.

Trade his ass for Rondo?

Lance and parts?

Buddy Hield is killing it. I had a feeling trading him would be regrettable for New Orleans before too long.
Him and Fox have been a great fit together, both push the ball whenever they get a rebound and attack. His playmaking has gotten better imo, but he does still make some dumb decisions.

Especially when they let Boogie walk for nothing.

Even if Boogie never tore his Achilles, I think a team built around Holiday, Davis, and Hield could have been more potent over Holiday, Davis, Boogie with more flexibility salary-wise on top of that.

Harden who is a top 5 player and probably top offensive player in the league missed about half of their games while their 2nd best player was suspended for another 2 games. Easy to see why they're struggling. Unless you're the Warriors, most teams would struggle if one of their top 2 players did not play in 5 of their first 6 games.

Can't judge them until Harden is back imo. Missing a nightly 28 & 10 is pretty huge
It was a rhetoric question. I'm pretty sure you missed the point.

Officially counting down the days until the Lakers fire Luke Walton and hire Mark Jackson. Luke re-joins the Warriors and all will be right with the world.

Sources: Magic chides Walton following slow start

In a meeting on Tuesday, following a winless two-game trip, Los Angeles Lakerspresident Magic Johnson admonished coach Luke Walton for the team's sluggish start to the season, league sources told ESPN.

Johnson's cutting appraisal elevated an already acute awareness within the Lakers coaching staff that there are intense and immediate pressures on Walton to deliver the franchise a winner in short order.

Despite Johnson's prior proclamations of needing to allow time for Walton to develop a young roster surrounding four-time MVP LeBron James, evidence is mounting that Walton's job security ultimately depends upon his ability to significantly improve upon a 3-5 record to start the season.

so much for all of that "patience"

Magic needs to STFU. For one, he's causing problems by even saying anything. And secondly, he's the one that built that heavily flawed roster. You have to be an idiot to think you can hand a coach that mishmash of players he brought in Post-Lebron and think the team will come out guns blazing from the get go. It was always gonna take time for them to gel if it happened at all because again, that roster has some glaring issues.
