#boycottTNT until they stop showing the sorry Lakers.

Absolutely no reason to show that game last night. Even when at full strength, the Warriors have probably 4 of the top 5 players between the teams. Last night, with the Lakers down arguably their top 5 players (Lebron, Ingram, Kuzma, Ball, Hart), who on the Lakers is better than the top 8 players on the Warriors, at minimum? That was like a scrimmage with a college team.

To be fair it is not like they had another game to change to.

There were 3 games last night. The only other late option was Cavs/Kings.

Both were terrible options

Sure, but this kind of thing happens all the time is my point. Singling out Rob Lowe for that is piling on.

I don't think it happens all the time. It does happen but most GMs realize that it damages their legitimacy.

Cavs/Kings was at least more competitive.

If he would've paid attention the summer he left the Thunder for the Warriors, he would've known he was going to get that treatment. He became the biggest front-runner once he joined the Warriors, suddenly all over social media.

I'm not a big fan of him going to the Warriors but I do get it. But it's his attitude the last year or two that has really turned me off to the guy

Don't want to get asked about free agency? Then re-sign you tard

Cavs/Kings was at least more competitive.

That's true but they would never do that due to ratings.

I watched one second of the lakers game.

I turned it in the 3rd and saw it was 87-58 lol.

Turned off my tv and went to bed

I don't necessarily disagree with this.
But, last year they were winning 15 in a row against bad teams to end the season.
This year, they don't care about these games and are trying to ensure maximum health for the playoffs.

But, how do you sit Embiid out for 3 games for load management, then play him 37 minutes?????

I believe their thinking is that they are going to be just flip the switch and play good defense in the playoffs?
Brown said after the game they were still working on communication and were discombobulated with the different lineups.
We could be looking at a first round exit here.

I can't see any of the 6-9 teams beating the Sixers. But they will get handled in the second round if they don't figure things out. I guess on paper Detroit could cause some issues in the paint but I think Philly is vastly superior in the backcourt and Detroit might win one game tops.

I always watch the Lakers, even with conditions like last night. Even I turned it off in the 3rd quarter.

I watched the Cavs game going into the 4th. When they Kings got up about 10 with some time left I turned it off. Didn't watch a second of the Lakers game, no point.

His whole game is weird. At least Giannis will shoot the mid range and 3. Ben won't shoot at all. And when he does, it looks God awful. My 44 yr old jumper looks way better than his. That's sad man.....

NBA Rumors: Lakers Are ‘Not Aligned On Any Level’ Heading Into Offseason, Per Adrian Wojnarowski

As cited by Bleacher Report, ESPN‘s Adrian Wojnarowski described the Lakers in a video posted on Thursday as an organization that is “not aligned really on any level” at this point, where superstar forward LeBron James has been shut down for the season and the team has just four games to play. In specific, the ESPN NBA insider detailed how the team’s chain of command has been an issue, with team owner Jeanie Buss, president Earvin “Magic” Johnson, general manager Rob Pelinka, head coach Luke Walton, and James all allegedly unable to see eye-to-eye on matters.
SIAP, but now he can't even get players to play on his fake team

Still would have been a better option, imo. At least there would be some up and coming young talent to watch instead of 1 year place holders and 2 way players against the champs.

I agree. Leave Giannis open and he will attempt it and make some of them.

It doesn't even seem like Ben Simmons put in any serious work on his jump shot in hist first years.

Giannis only shooting 25% from 3 but at least he attempts them. Attempted 198 so far which is a career high. Has attempted 118+ 3's in 5 of his 6 NBA seasons.

Simmons has attempted 17 3's in his 2 seasons so far

That's what cracks me up with some of these guys.

They sign 1 year deals and/or don't want to announce their intentions until as late as possible, but then get salty when folks ask them about free agency.
