Sounds like the Warriors are about to sign Bogut. I was hoping the Sixers would have grabbed him.
I imagine the Warriors went after him hard in part to keep him away from other teams

Saw this last night...I actually think sharing the role with Boogie would be a huge improvement vs. Bogut being their starting center with basically no one to spell him. I am actually hoping for it, if you can believe that. :dhd:
If nothing else he can give them 10-15 minutes the games Boogie and/or Green are suspended.

I kid....I kid.

He leaves me a couple of blunts in the seats and I'm there.

About 4 years ago Snoop Dogg's signature strain made it to CO. It wasn't around very long but it was 1 of the heaviest indicas I've had. Great stuff.

cannot think of to many guys that would fit LeBron better than Love.

Being able to draw a big man out of the middle like Love can is huge for LeBron. Love's 3 pt shooting is obviously huge in that regard.

Also, Love's passing ability to start the break is perfect with LeBron. How many times did we see Love heave the ball nearly full court to a LeBron who was running out in space to finish an easy basket?

Also, Love's rebounding, being one of the best in the game, especially defensive rebounding, means that LeBron does not have to be one of the teams elite rebounders and get beat up in the middle.

Having a big man that can shoot, pass, and rebound like Love, who also is unselfish seems like a pretty amazing fit to me.

Seeing the lineup you created was why I thought money didn't matter as it was also not affordable assuming we were talking the future.

I'm sure you could do better than Delly but no one came to mind and we know he can play well off Lebron (and TT).

Truth be told, with the others mentioned on the team, I could give you a handful of minutes and will come cheap (relatively speaking, not shortchanging myself....no less than the minimum). 49, white, can only go left. Not much jumping or dribbling ability, but I can shoot and pass. Probably good for 80% from the FT line so if there is a tech in my 5 minutes maybe that helps.

Well,

I was also assuming that the ideal LeBron team would include the ideal LeBron.

That is not the 2019-2020 version.

So maybe it is fair to use 2016 salary numbers too?

Um.....

That they have been a tragically run organization for the last 15 years?

Might have something to do with it.

Maybe he just didn't see the franchise getting better and wanted a move. Made sense for him to take the whole season off, even if he could have returned it's better to be cautious.

I think Bogut is washed by now.

But his leadership, and familiarity with the culture will only help the locker room environment.

Probably the most accurate assessment. I think his locker room presence is the biggest need.

Well kind of convenient how we hear how unhappy he is and then 15 minutes later gets traded. I'd say there's two sides to that story for sure.

Also he's an RFA and in a much better situation for a financial payout. Shit if Cuban almost gave Nerlens Noel 70M then I think they go 100M for Porzingas for sure.

To wave a towel?

He's 34 and averaged 1.6ppg and

Yeah, he was garbage when he played for us last season. 1.6ppg and like 3rpg in 9mpg. And it's been several seasons he had what could be considered a good season. Doesn't have a whole lot left IMO....

But, he did have an MVP season in Aussie-land apparently.

Mecca told me when he was traded that things had been bad there for a while. Ever since the Jackson era and his absence at the exit interview....

This too.
MUST WIN for your Lakers tonight

I think they win

but who would have guessed on March 4 the Lakers would be playing a must-win to keep their playoff hopes alive? :pound:

guys will be playing with some urgency tonight one would think. If they lose tonight just pack it in and make your plans for the summer.....dont worry about getting a refund either on those May reservations.

Bogut isn't there for his scoring
