there are 6 "good" teams in the West

there are 4 and a half (now that Oladipo is gone) good teams in the East

The SPurs, Lakers, Nets, Clippers, Kings, are just not "good" teams

I agree but all those west teams you mentioned are better than Detroit, Miami, Charlotte, and whoever else in the east

Only performance I wanted to see was Queen, and Adam Lambert, they opened the show.

BIG win for the Knicks/Kings, it's been a good day with the Spurs and Clippers losing. Wolves are gonna be a tough opponent for the Kings tomorrow, they still have some playoff hopes and they're way better at home.

Conley is probable but JJJ is out and they have let winnable games slip away against both the Spurs and Clippers recently. Not expecting the Lakers to be upset like they were in NO, but they don't look good right now so you never know.

Spurs are just so awful on the road

Thank God they have the most home games of anyone in the playoffs left for something of a bright spot.

They havent been able to beat anyone for two years outside of Texas, something like 12-34 in their last 46 roadie

No other playoff contender has lost to the Knicks, the Bulls, and the Suns on the road.

Still probably have enough home games left to eke into a 6-8 seed, but will be one and done without homecourt.

I think Harris fit better with them since he doesn't need the ball in his hands as frequently as Jimmy

A lot depends on what Butler is seeking.

At 29, I'm not crazy about him signing a 5 year max deal and would prefer he just walk and use that money to bolster our depth with 3&D wings.

Knowing how Jimmy is, I'm pretty sure he wants the max or damn close to it.

He turned down a 4 yr/100 mil deal from the Wolves last summer

I do agree the top 4-5 are similar but there's a big dropoff for the East after that.

I really do think the Suns are tanking. I know they have a very young team but they have young, talented players to win more games than they are. The Knicks are losing bc they are just that bad. The Cavs are starting to win more since Love has been back. As long as the Bulls keep winning the top 3 slots should stay the same.

I think Knicks and Suns cannot be "passed". Pretty much comes down to Cavs and Bulls for the other. we might need Love to have another issue and TT a setback.

Yeah I love seeing how the young guys are progressing but damn they could fall out of the top 3. The Bulls have been playing well so that helps though.

the problem is that not signing Butler doesn't really free up a lot of cash for the Sixers, assuming that they resign Harris.

If Love and TT got to full strength with no restrictions I think they'd even have a shot at catching Atlanta. God forbid.
