I'm not on board with Profar for Harvey straight up, much less throwing in Kela.

I think it should be reversed. Harvey plus a solid pitching prospect coming back our way for Profar. Maybe we kick in a low level OF prospect or some-such.

From Grant:

• Thinks JD's approach will be "business as usual" and not much else. Minor deals only, but perhaps discussions get started for future deals.
• Rangers were "surprised" with the Angel's signing of Othani! Especially the timing of it. At least initially. Not so much in hindsight.
• Darvish is very much on our radar. For a 31 year old he is pitching at a younger man's rate. (??)
• Yankee's are in a very good position to trade for pitching. Much better than us.
• At the AS break, everyone is trade-able. Including, maybe especially, Hamels and Beltre.
• Thinks Elvis will sign an extension before he'd go the route of opting out after 2018.
• Ozuna/Yelich are too expensive for our blood, and the Rangers need pitching first and foremost, and they know it.
