CLEARLY seems to be suffering from a vaginal yeast infection...

as for the Pacers with a better season record...:pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound:

I don't think it is impossible. The Pacers aren't the Hawks. They have solid players on their team. You can actually make a really solid case of guys like Turner and Oladipo being top 3 players on the Lakers squad this year.

The Pacers/Lakers O/U betting odds are extremely close so the Pacers are not the Brooklyn Nets of Sixers.

Last I checked, Lakers O/U was at 32.5 and Indy was at 31.5

In addition to this ESPN got the Lakers at 33 wins and Indy at 32 wins. Lakers fans acting like the Pacers are the Hawks is pretty funny to me. IMO this will be extremely close and likely come down to the final 5 games.

Projected NBA standings: New playoff contenders, W-L records for all 30 teams

The Pacers Play in the East.

That alone tells me the bet could go either way.

Turner, Young, Olidipo, Joseph, Leaf and Bogdanvic have talent.

But, Jefferson is a dog and Stephenson may feel entitled to take 20 shots per game.

I agree.

It could go either way. But, if I were getting money?

The betting line sounds right. Lakers by a hair.

.....a very short hair. Maybe even a pube.

Perhaps an outfit from the Russell Westbrook Collection would be in order?

I won't lie, man. i'm thinking they'll maybe be in the 25-27 win frame this season. i'm not seeing the Pacers as all that competitive...

If they were in the west I would agree but as @Mecca said they do play in the east. That should amount to at least 6-8 more wins than they would win if they played out West.

IF they can stay healthy. And that's a very big IF.

Quite surprised half the team isn't on the IR list already.

Agree.

Clippers East.

Philly has a potentially franchise making or breaking decision on their hands with the Embiid extension.

Is he Ilgaskus, Walton, Daugherty chronically broken or can he overcome it and stay relatively healthy?

Being a big, Im concerned.

I would risk pissing him off and would hold off on a extension.

Depends on Turner and Olidipo stepping up.

I think Leaf is gonna have a good year.

Now that they got rid of that cancerous Ellis, Stephenson staying in his lane is my biggest concern.

Yeah, Indiana probably gets somewhere in the 30's for wins. High 30's may be enough to get them in the playoffs in the East.

The Lakers will have a better team overall then the Pacers. The only reason why the Pacers may eclipse the Lakers in wins is given the talent disparity among the conferences. I can just about guarantee they won't be in the playoffs.
