To get PG, you're losing Love or Kyrie.
Under this scenario, Wade, Melo make it a Big 5, and 3/4 of Banana Boat team is united.

Warriors still win, but Cavs are much improved over current version.

Love is unnecessary if they get PG. Wade can't stay healthy and is in decline. Replacing Love with PG improves them more than just adding Wade and Melo.

Seriously, Dude is my favorite player.

But, his style of play doesn't work well with his brittle bone syndrome.

Someone is going to pay him.

After what you guys just went thru with Bosh, I hope it's not you almost as much as I hope it's not the Clippers.

Whiteside/Blake would make some fun highlights.

I totally agree.
I'm guessing James sees the same thing.
He has total freedom of choice next summer.
They then still could have an even better Big 5 if Pacers go for it.

Dude knew when he opted in that a butler trade was being discussed.

He made his bed.

I got no problem with guys playing buddy ball.

But, the way they are trying to do it is shitty.

Give up all of your money if you want your freedom.

Wade wants both.

Yup. Wade's clearly in it for the money. Butler's been on the trade block in Chicago for about 2 years now. He knew this was happening.

Sorry, but I think Wade should have to ride out the entire season in Chicago. I'm not letting him ride out to Cleveland in February hoping to get another championship.

Now that is ironic.

Durant is a much better team player. I am sure he will let Russ take season MVPs as long as he keeps winning rings and Finals' MVPs. No brainer really.

KD is a much better but he decided on the "can't beat 'em, join 'em" card. Thats what I call a wuss. Ya'll can disagree if ya'll want but I ain't changing my tune.

Did you see this shit?

Phil can't be that dumb, right?

Wade, Lebron and Melo are all trying to play the fucking system.

A source confirmed the Knicks are aware Anthony prefers getting released rather than agreeing to a trade, even if he would lose a trade-kicker bonus. Anthony understands the Cavaliers don’t have the assets to make a deal for him, and this way he can add depth to the Eastern Conference champions without taking away a major piece such as Kevin Love, who is being dangled for Paul George.

What did I tell you?

LBJ, George, Melo, Ball

It's going to happen, just let it be.

Wade won't go, he doesn't wanna do the super team shit with LeBron anymore.

Wade should be allowed to do whatever the hell he wants imo, he's the 3rd greatest SG of all time and if you go by prime you can make the argument he's 2nd.

The more I think about it, a healthy Blake could be a bigger weapon then Hayward.
As of today, the Heat can go in a few directions and I can find positives in all of them.

Healthy Blake Griffin? Is that even possible?

Well, it honestly helps the Bulls to get him off the roster. They need to be a high lottery team next year. They should not have signed Wade to that contract. I don't blame Wade one bit for demanding his money, especially after taking less for years in Miami.

That isn't the point. Hate KD's decision all you want. That is perfectly fair. Just understand that Russ' unwillingness to share played a large role. Let's not pretend like KD walked out of a perfect union and that Russ was a great teammate. He wasn't.

So the fact that he opted into his final year of his contract has nothing to do with anything?

He wants his money and now he wants to be bought out. That's called selfishness.

The PLAYER option he had allowed him just that, to do whatever he wanted.
He chose to opt in and take 24M.
If he wants out, it's prob very easy.
Give the money back.

Obviously he chose money over chance to win.
Like @Heatles84 said, he now wants it both ways.
The Bulls surely didn't put a gun to his head.
Wade opted in before the draft and he knew Butler could be moved.
