I don't think Jordan is a Clipper next year.

But, I hope Tobias is.

I really like his game.
They could probably get a lot for Jordan, and if you're gonna trade Blake you might as well send him off too.

He can't turn that down.

Or can he?

I don't see why not.

He probably won't get that dollar amount per year.

But, he could get some security in a 3-4 year deal.

I think a guy like Melo is 100% opting in.

Jordan? Maybe not.

He still could get 3-4 years the following season if he opted in next season.

He could also blowout his knee or get frozen out of the free agent market if Teams with cap space decide they don't want to spend their money on a 5 with rudimentary offensive skills when guys like Kawhi, Klay, Kyrie, Kemba, Butler, Love, Eric Bledsoe can be unrestricted free agents in 2019.

He will also have to fight for dollars with older guys at his position in Howard, Marc Gasol, Horford.

A younger one in Whiteside.

....all UFA or have player options.

He's about to be 30.

Strike while the iron is hot, if someone offers him a good deal...

If not, yeah...opt-in.

SPURS 21 consecutive winning seasons. The streak continues despite the injury plagued season.

The 50 win streak is probably unlikely to continue, but the longest winning streak continues in a salary cap league.

A few baseball teams can simply outspend weaker teams and get longer streaks.

If they lose that game, I may change my prediction to Cleveland in 5.

I could see Cleveland stealing 1 of the first 2 in Toronto, holding serve at home, and Toronto folding like a cheap tent with their season on the line in game 5 at home....but for now sticking with Cavs in 6
Toronto's greatest hope is that they hold onto first place and the Celtics somehow beat the Cavs first. Of course, Toronto will have to make sure to not lose to the Sixers or Pacers, which I'm not sure they wouldn't.

Shannon Sharpe is my new hero and I might have to start watching his show.

Is that even allowed? I thought he had to announce his opt-in status before starts which during the no tampering phase.

The Sixers moved all the way up to the No. 4 seed after their thumping of the Grizz and losses by the Pacers and Wizards.

Hopefully they take care of business tonight against the Magic.

The current eastern conf matchups for the 1st round look great.

raptors-bucks, celtics-heat, cavs-wizards, 76ers-pacers would make for a much more interesting 1st round than what we usually get in the east.

How are the Nets still on pace with ORL, DAL, ATL, CHI, SAC, MEM?

All those teams are actively trying to lose games, where as the Nets have zero incentive to lose games. Yet there they are, right in middle of the pack of all the tanking teams.

They're tanking as the Cavs requested them to
