It's clear as day what they were doing. Lebron purposefully didn't try so he'd have a reason to make trades. This team in January could've looked better - but when the best player in the world isn't trying, what benefit is for the 7th, 8th guy on the bench to try?

Frightening thought of the night.....

You know, if the Brooklyn pick winds up being top 5, the Cavs have the means to be players in free agency.

If a guy like George wanted to buddy up with LeBron in Ohio, they have the means to dump a salary like Thompson's and more, using that pick, Clarkson or a sign and trade for Hood.

A team like Dallas would gladly absorb Thompson for that pick and could use a Clarkson, Hood.

Wouldn't put it passed the Thunder to take Hood and the pick in a sign and trade either.

This could be really bad....lol

I'll be happy with a top 3 pick at this point, getting Luke, Ayton, or MPJ. Bagley, Bomba, and either of the Briges' aren't bad, but I'd rather have one of those 3.

I think he's good, probably won't get drafted till late 1st/early 2nd round but is capable of being better than guys taken ahead of him. Really no spot for him on the Kings with them having Fox, Mason, and Bogdan who can play some PG, but teams without PG depth could use him.
