I wouldnt count that second ring just yet lol..this team has some serious hangups against OKC and Houston, I wouldnt even mark them as a lock to make it out of the west.

Meh, regular season. That OKC game last night wasn't typical because Melo was out (and they played better as a result). Houston fails in the playoffs as the officials swallow the whistle, affecting Harden's game. Warriors are still the clear favorite IMO.

They are still the favorite but last night wasn't about Melo, it's about Russ having a burning white hot hatred for KD and Curry. I gotta say, it's that angry chip on the shoulder mentality that made Jordan and Kobe so good. I wish the Ws would get some of that, maybe these losses will create it.

LOL. I was thinking the same thing about Melo. The Warriors still would have lost because they were terrible, but I do think that the Thunder would be better off if they gave less minutes to Melo. They at least shouldn't have him out there with Westbrook and George. I think his role should be as a scorer off the bench.

Is Wiggy over at LeBron's house?

Not since last summer when he was mowing LeBron's lawn. Now if wiggy even steps foot in Bath, OH. he will be arrested on site.

I'm feeling great about the Thunder chances against the Dubs. I actually like them more than I would like Houston against Golden State. Also I'm waiting to see what Golden State do about this bench. Not sure they can beat Houston or Oklahoma with the bench as is

We need another shooter, I’m anxious to see what Oresti gets done. It’s one thing to get up for one game but a series is a different story. The Thunder have proven they won’t go down easy though, in fact the list of teams with enough fight in them to match the intensity the Thunder can bring is pretty small.

I don't understand why the replacement picks have to come from the conference the player is from considering the teams are all mixed. Silver needs to do the right thing and name Lou Williams to the team.
He got something better.

Peace of mind.

Well, at least for the rest of the Season.

Looks like you will be getting Joe Johnson.

Dude destroyed the Clippers in the playoffs last Season.

Mitchell and Hood took all his minutes.

So, he's getting a buyout.

It’s been reported that Jazz guard Joe Johnson will be bought out if he’s not traded before the deadline, and two front-office sources have cited the Thunder as a leader for Johnson.

This is a classic #hottake

They will be correctly favored against every other team in the playoffs, and the Celtics with a useful Hayward and their D are the toughest challenge not the Rockets and definitely not the Thunder.

That's it?

No brainer resigning.

If nothing else, makes him even more of a trade asset next year.

But, I'd love to keep him at that production level for that price.
