It was a perfect 72 degrees here. :cool2:

Lol I'm usually find with the winter here as the temperatures is typically between 30 and 40 which I'm totally fine with.

For the past weeks, we have gotten more of a midwest winter. Can't remember the last time the temp was above freezing.

I have no idea how those in the midwest do this every year.

Isn't it going to get worse? Been hearing they're expecting a "weather bomb" all up and down the East Coast.

Well we had a "bomb" cyclone yesterday which is just a fancy word for winter storm lol.Got about 9-12 inches of snow. Not going to touch 20 degrees this weekend here but after this weekend then order will be restored. Back to our traditional winter

Doctor J is in the hospital - he was rushed to the hospital during the game tonight - I assume everyone knows this already, but just in case

Minnesota gave up on their future for 2 years of Jimmy Butler lol

That is what I said at the time of the trade. It was a pretty huge gamble by Minnesota. Might still work out, but people tremendously underestimated the value of this deal for Chicago. Not only did they get three pretty good prospects in Dunn, Maarkanen and Lavine, they also get to be bad enough to enjoy another lottery pick this year that they wouldn't have had with Butler.

The Lakers' defense has been the biggest culprit during this nine-game losing streak. Earlier this season, the Lakers stayed competitive in many games due to their defense. Through their first 16 games, the Lakers were fourth in defensive rating (100.3). But since Nov. 18, the Lakers' defensive rating has dipped to 28th (110.1) with their defensive rebounding percentage going from seventh to 29th.

The 26 win Lakers team from last year were 2 games better than this version of the Lakers team after 38 games play. They were 13-25

yeah, it's true. In fact that's what they were discussing during the pre-game last night, and a major reason why Luke started Randle instead of Kuzma...
