I didn't really care about the amount I just thought you might wanna bet that much. 1st game is Wednesday and the 2nd is early January.

That is the reason I have said that Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma could or will become the best combo in the NBA. Granted that's a year or two away, but Kyle Kuzma and Lonzo Ball have some really good chemistry that they started in the summer league from the beginning. It's going to be fun to watch them develop and as much as LB is struggling, I do think he will fix his struggles eventually.

Those two might be pretty good someday, but take off the purple and gold glasses for a bit and compare that combo to:

Simmons and Embiid, Irving and Tatum, Towns and Wiggins, Lillard and Nurkic, hell Davis and Cousins...

And that's just the younger ones.

Sorry but my glasses does not include hoping those other guys are going to better than LB and KK. Your boys have been in the NBA a few years now except for Simmons who did not play last year. He still had the benefit of watching and learning for an entire year. Kuzma however is really good with less then 20 games in the NBA

No apology necessary, you are just wrong about those 2 being the best duo in the NBA, as I gave you examples of better ones. Lonzo and Kuzma will probably get better. So will those other guys.

Tatum is playing well for sure, but let's not pretend he'd be starting if Hayward's ankle stays attached to his body. He also has the luxury of playing alongside Kyrie and being the what? 3rd or 4th option?

You may want to re-read...he said will or "could be." He made no definitive statement. Could some combo of Ball, Ingram and Kuzma become the best duo? Sure.

Will they? Probably not. But, if the Lakers continue to build their team properly, they won't have to. If the type of balance they have shown this year can continue with their development, I'd rather have that than be overly dependent on 2 guys.

I wouldn't say 0.0%. But I think it's pretty unlikely. Kuzma looks good, but so did Clarkson. Turned out Clarkson, while still the steal of his draft, was already as good as he's going to be...a potential 6th man of the year one day, but not someone you want starting every game.

Maybe Kuzma continues to develop and improve or maybe he's as good as he's going to be. We won't know for a couple more years on any of these guys.
