Taking someone directly out of high school will always be more of a crap shoot than watching them 1-2 years in college. If not for one-and-done -- 2 years ago, Skip Labassiere might have been taken #1 in the draft. (would have definitely been top 5) Even after a bad year at Ky -- he was still a first round pick.

Agree. I think the NBA should adopt a rule similar to the NFL where a player has to be 3 years removed from high school. I don't think the NBA needs 3 years like the NFL, but I'd like them to adopt a 2 years out of high school rule.
