I would say, yes.

Drafting Dame, when he was not on anyone's radar that high , and taking CJ who was another tiny tot that could score and not much else , despite everyone saying it couldn't work, is all that keeps me from saying he has done a shit job altogether.

It's not from lack of trying, though.

We would be having a whole nother conversation if they had landed Whiteside.

Julius Randle is one of the best passing big men i have seen for his age. Its really rare to be able to share the ball like that at his age.

Kyrie looks spry- lighting it up...pretty nice he just got a week off to get everything back to 100%...i dont expect them to rest him a whole lot- but 4-7 games during the season seems reasonable barring injury.

there are almost always multiple busts in the top 10 ofa first round- but the 2014 draft looks like one of the best in a long long time.

1. Wiggins- looks like a future all star
2. Parker- has looked great on the Bucks
3. Embiid- now that he is healthy- he looks really freaking talented- hopefully he stays healthy going forward
4. Gordon- has really looked good here and there on the Magic even though they got a bunch of PFs to take minutes away from him
5. Exum- prob. the guy that has done the least- but of course that was affected by his injury last year
6. MArcus Smart- already one of the best defensive guards in the NBA. Great athlete
7. Julius Randle- ive been very impressed with him.
9. Stauskas- pretty much a bust thus far
10. Vonleh- hasnt really made a mark thus far

now thats a damn good top 10 considering the early returns on these guys.
