Word on KFAB this morning was that the high school coaching staff in Lawton, OK sent message to the previous Nebraska staff about Jalin Barnett, but they didn't even acknowledge the message. The coaching staff down there are big Nebraska fans and are the same staff that sent Mike Minter and Will Shields to Nebraska back in da day.

I believe because of rules, the coaches can't mention recruits by name, but this seems like an awesome way to put on twitter that you are visiting recruits.

I thought I heard Sean Callahan say that Phillip Dillard in 2005 was the last recruit from OK to come too NU.
I was only listening with half an ear, but I think he also stated; Milt Tenopir went to Lawton back in the day during a summer and taught the high school coaching staff NU's offense, from there the high school went on to win 4 state championships running Nebby's offense.
I'm not 100% sure I heard all that correctly, but I think I'm fairly accurate.
