JJ Redick/ Korver type ceiling.

I saw the other day that Jammin' Jimmer Fredette was picked up by the Pelicans. That addition right there should be enough to now make them the current favorites to win it all!

Which is definitely a good ceiling to have, if I knew he'd turn into one of those 2 I would have been pissed off they traded him.
why would the Kings draft a SG in the top 10 when they had drafted McLemore in the top 10 so recently? It made no sense.

what happened to all that pre-season Anthony Davis is the best player in the league talk? THAT dried up pretty quick-

Bron is still the man by a fair margin.

Me too, if I was building a fantasy roster.

In real life, after 8 games, coming off 3 injuries?

I'm not ready to say that and I HATE that Mofo.

Look at the flaming pot of piss numbers Jrue Holiday is putting up.

I'm way more concerned about him.

Like you said, its easy to get numbers in Philly.

*see Carter-Williams.

The Bucks would have been better off keeping Brandon Knight.

With that being said, I think Staukas will be a good player.

The Kings should have traded Mcelmore instead.

Seeing McLemore struggle like he has so far has been a major disappointment, I thought he'd break out next to a PG like Rondo and being the one true shooter in the starting lineup(although Cousins might be considered a true shooter soon if he keeps making 3's), and he lost his starting job to James F**king Anderson! They shouldn't bother trading him now, because his value is so low and the potential is still there somewhere. I hope coming off the bench gets him going, but that's if GK even gives him the minutes to get going(3min last night).

I thought the preseason talk about AD was that he's the best big man in the league? Maybe not though.

Kings draft picks don't normally make sense. They were in big need of shooting so maybe they thought they could have him and McLemore as their starter and 6th man of the future, or they were thinking of trading McLemore and needed a replacement.

Yeah, I thought his draft tumble was a overreaction by some just because he had a few bad workouts, wasn't in great shape.

Now, I don't know.

It's still early.

Otto Porter showed us zilch his first 2 years.

Now with playing time, he's starting to show some signs of life.

He's still got time to turn it around, and it would be cool if he did because this team really needs a 3 and D type of player, but he has to take advantage of every chance he gets. The pizza guy is supposed to deliver!

Well, that and who was left on the board.

I mean, if you are into highlights, I guess a case could be made for drafting Zach Lavine.

Or, a bIg like Nukric.

Otherwise who were they gonna pick?

Wow...is that one of his endorsements or a peak into his future?

I was wanting Vonleh, but now I'm happy WCS is the big man next to Cousins instead. At least that draft isn't looking like the 2011 or 2012 draft where 1 or 2 guys picked shortly after the Kings selection turn into all stars(Klay and Kawhi after Jimmy Jimmer or Lillard after Thomas Robinson).

After what the Kings did with their last pizza guy, it might mean his future on the team is not going to last much longer.

Uh, what about Curry?

Mecca ... what is your opinion of Austin Rivers ? If his dad was not the coach -- would he be on the team ? Does he deserve to be where he is ... or is it just his father giving him every opportunity to do well ?

... full disclosure ... I coached my son. I was very hard on him -- but I understood what he did well and gave him every opportunity to succeed. He ended up "over passing" ... not shooting enough ... I think he listened too closely when I would watch Laker games and bitch about Kobe shooting too much.

Curry has been the best player in the league so far.
James has come up big when needed for the most part, but their schedule hasn't really been that challenging since opening night.

Miami have held 4 of its first 9 opponents under 40% shooting. #Impressive

Miami leads NBA in FG Differential. For those of you who does not know what that it is. It is what a team normally shoots vs what they shoot against Miami.
