Spurs play GSW 3x, OKC 3X, and Memphis 2X

It is difficult, but almost all the tough games are at home.
They have 11 home and 8 away overall.

In fact, both the Warriors and SPURS have a ton of home games...while OKC, CLE, LAC, TOR have more roadies.

The SPURS are relatively decent at home.
Heck that last road game versus Dallas is entirely likely to be meaningless altogether.

The magic number to clinch the #2 seed is only 10.
The magic number to clinch home-field over the East is only 12.

It is unrealistic and silly for them to burn out chasing the Warriors.
I would rather them be fully rested.

How much of Jimmy Butler playing like he was has something to do with Rose putting on his big boi shorts & playing with heart again? I just really felt like he played scared for a long time after he got hurt.
A lot I bet. I think Rose knew he wasn't #1 anymore and he really started playing again. I hope the knee thing isn't bad for Butler. We won't do anything with out him.

I hope not either-would be nice to see what they can do at full strength, or close to that anyway.

It is all good. I am always overly negative with my SPURS as almost a superstition.

I know as soon as I hype them or get cocky....some crippling injury happens and they lose like 4 out of 5

Without fail for all of my teams. The moment I start getting my hopes up, they crush me.

I was the very definition of a pessimist during the Heat's 4-year run. I know the feelz.

how about lebron stops tweeting about his "beatiful mind" and actually makes a play at the end of the game...i know he made that 3 at the end but before that he had a stupid drive to the hoop and lost a jump ball- and took a dumb 3 that was totally not needed.. STOP PLAYING FUCKING ISO BALL AND TRYING TO BE THE FUCKING HERO ALL THE TIME

its called the LeBron stanky leg offense in Cleveland---dribble dribble dribble, either fade away jumper or drive to the hoop while triple teamed and hope for a bailout --- MOVE THE FUCKING BALL

Some of the worst losses for the Cavs this season have come against teams missing their best player or players. Charlotte w/o Kemba, steamrolled by the Blazers w/o Lillard.

Once I saw Tony Allen nail a couple of contested 3 pointers I knew we were fucked.

I have no problem with the way the Cavs played in the 4th and on the last few posessions. They actually played very well. But when you sleepwalk through the first 3 quarters... now you have to have every thing go perfectly in the 4th to get the W.

20+ turnovers in the first 3 quarters.

So, I scrolled through 4th qtr plays to see what Love contributed.

Not a great method for seeing what someone contributed. 4th quarter was not the problem for anyone. Love assisted 2 huge 3's in the final minutes and pulled down the most important rebound of the game.

It was the first 3 quarters that were the problem for everyone not named LeBron.

the turnovers were insane...even Delly had 4...that basically never happens- dude never turns the ball over....Tony Allen played like a man possessed.

how about lebron stops tweeting about his "beatiful mind"

Read about that this morning and thought "wtf".

Lebron on his cryptic tweets:

"It's just my mind working, that's all. I don't know if anything started it. I got a beautiful mind and I want to use it sometimes in a social manner."

He probably should be using his beautiful mind to figure out how to beat the Spurs, Warriors and apparently Memphis.

"Imma let you finish. But first, I gotta share something from my beautiful mind."

I only saw last 3 minutes of game, so really wasn't making an overall judgment.
My observance was that he didn't appear to be a focal point of anything when the game most mattered.

The Warriors have a very similar problem-but just respond differently. They have the ability to still win even with all those T/Os. Cavs don't have that fire power outside of LBJ. That should stand out to them like a sore thumb.

Delly didn't just turn the ball over- he made a HUGE mistake (foul before the ball was inbounded) which I think really cost them that game.
