He already replaced Butler
Shows how much I pay attention ..
That makes total sense.
He already replaced Butler
Good point, Love may have declined. Not only is he banged up, the selection was very last minute... a lot of the players were already in Toronto.
It's just funny how last year the hawks got 4 players in just for being the top team. Remember when they named the whole hawks starting lineup co players of the week? Lol. Things are a little different this year.
Kevin Love is having a much better year than I think most assume... because of the constant narrative of him not fitting in.
I'm actually happy love and Irving aren't there. Better for long term goals this season. One of the cavs assistants is actually skipping all star weekend to work with Kyrie.
Yeah I thought it would've been a good idea. I heard that it came down to him not wanting to take away the honor/bonus from the rest of the coaching staff who did earn it.I'm surpised Lue didn't decline.
He doesn't deserve to be there + now how much discussion about the coaching change will be rehashed during the broadcast?
Current odds to win NBA Championship:
Warriors -110
Cavs +300
Spurs +375
in English, that means both WC teams would be favored over the Cavs, and the Warriors would be a heavy favorite.
I love the cherry picking.
SOMEBODY'S feeling paranoid...
""they love to screw over the Cavs". i'm sure that was on the minds of all the NBA's brain trust...

good point....very good point...i didnt even think of this....they might have even reached out before.Love is hurt (shoulder bruise). Even if its not serious, I doubt the Cavs would let him play just to be cautious
did you learn the rules of rounding in 2nd grade like everyone else? you and bskballer migthve been absent that day?You mean like you did when you left out the stats that bks included? What you did was cherry picking. bks just added in the part of the story that you left out.

I love the cherry picking.... 41.7% to 50.7....does it surprise me you round Love down and Horford up? LOL OF COURSE NOT....not only that- but also adjust for the fact that Love shoots significantly more 3's a game. Its close but if your objective Love has been a little bit better.......i feel like the tiebreaker just about every time in teh history of me following that kind of shit with those decisions is who has been on the better team....Its why Atlanta got FOUR All stars last year. With the Cavs 8.5 games better than the Hawks it was BULLSHIT.
It wasn't bullshit. Love was not the slam dunk pick. It was extremely close. And as WildTurkey and Turnup pointed out, Love injury may have played a factor as well. Cry me a river
Draymond Green thought Kyrie Irving made East All-Stars; players shocked Cleveland Cavaliers didn't get Kevin Love in
this was kinda funny in the morning paper.
Golden State, the top team in the Western Conference, has Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green enjoying the Canadian hospitality. I asked Green if a team going into the break with the best record should automatically be rewarded with multiple All-Stars.
Green wasn't on top of his game this morning.
"Usually wining equates to more," he responded. "I think both teams that finished No. 1 got more guys in, right?
I said, "No, only 'Bron."
"Kyrie didn't get in the All-Star Game?" a shocked Green asked, then repeated himself. "Kyrie's not in the All-Star Game?
"Wow. I didn't know that. Wow. That's incredible. Well yeah, I definitely think so. That's a tough thing to do. Obviously in order to get there, you have some type of individual success to be that good of a team."
