I was reminiscing too. :D

More positive than those negatives of course. Teamed up well with Elvis at 2b. Will always remember some plays he made deep to his left. Having Elvis covering the middle he learned he could cheat a half a step to his left. Came up all the way through the TEX organization. First star Frisco got to see play en route to TEX. When MY was traded expected him to take on more of a leadership role that didn't seem to materialize. I think he took MY's departure more personally than MY did. Voicing his thoughts as he left for DET shows he hadn't matured as much as we thought he had. Enjoyed him while he was here but know TEX is a better team on the field than it was. Some of that is Fielder TBD ... more of that is Odor and even more so because it was unanticipated.
Howdy Winding....good to see you posting.
All the Best!

Bannister was talking about this on the local DFW news Saturday.

Have not really been paying much attention to radio or tv stuff lately so did not hear it. Happen to be in the car earlier today when Cowlishaw and Moseley were on and Moseley said something to the effect about Prince and Choo bouncing back and Beltre too even though he hung in there. Hung in there? He hit 324 with 19 HRs. Would have had more RBIs but not as many opportunities last year. They guy did great. Can't even come close to putting him in the same category and Fielder and Choo. The guy is a stud.

How is Fielder doing so far? I dont keep up with spring because all the games are in the afternoon. We need Fielder to hit .300 with 20 HRs this year.

Making contact. Hit a homer yesterday. I'm expecting .285-.295 and at least 25 bombs from him.

Got it going in the 6th. Smolinski single, Peguero HBP, Rosales single and Gimenez single to add a run and 0 outs.

Lucas with a Sac Fly and everyone moved up but Gimenez must of pulled a bonehead play as it looks like he went part way to 2nd and then tried to get back to 1st and was thrown out.

Totally and completely different. That's why Fielder and Choo will read about his induction in the HOF.
