I was talking about the Cruz numbers
I know. Link you posted was only for 2013 not multi-years. I posted AL RF numbers for 2011-2013. Tells the story I think you meant to be telling.

Good to see it's only a minor league contract. Hope it works out.

Never know. He may be fine for limited number of innings.Smart of the Rangers to go that route. It would be nice if he got it going again. Plus it motivates more knowing he does not have a spot ont the roster and he has to earn one.

Right. Time waits on no one.and to think a few years we would not have even come close to signing him with that offer
The more we have in camp competing the better. Even if they don't get a rotation spot, long relief is a paying job.![]()
Seems like I recall someone saying we still have about $15M to spend this season... is this true? If so, who do you think we are holding onto it for? With all these minor league deals for potential SPs, it doesn't look like it is for pitching.

I remember the $15M also. I don't see many SP worth it for a yr. Maybe it's for a potential coming out of ST.Seems like I recall someone saying we still have about $15M to spend this season... is this true? If so, who do you think we are holding onto it for? The last I heard we were very interested in Yoon. Has that changed? There's lots of money they could spend, but I think we're done. I believe we are already over what JD said he was going to be the payroll.
