I think he would have a decent shot at being a long man, a little insurance, a little depth never hurts.

From I remember, sometimes he was pretty good, and then other times, he...well, wasn't. But low cost, mabye nice payoff

I still think Arroyo and Garza are good options. Garza may need to re-establish some of his value, and Arroyo won't command more than 3 years. We could probably get him for 2/18-24.

Guess the old Yankees are back. This is another massive contract that could be questionable. Ellsbury is a concern, McCann was good but expensive, Beltran was just stupid. And Johnson and Roberts to replace Cano.

Last thing I'll say about that Tanaka deal is that he should pay Darvish a larger commission of that contract than his agent. That's contract never happens if Darvish doesn't come in and change people's mind about the potential of posted Japanese star pitchers.
