Road back to back sweep......the Spurs are not fully right just yet, but that was a good start


Hopefully, they can get a little rhythm now and not be as tense as the first week.
They do tend to half-ass the first 40 games and save it for post-all star break runs......


So, I will take any quality wins they get in November/December as a bonus.

If they finally go back to back does Timmy retire or comeback for the 3-peat?

Timmy will keep playing as long as he believes he is helping the team.


He doesn't talk much or show it, but he has as much personal ego and pride as anyone.
I don't think he would be able to accept an obvious lesser role of declined skills.


A lot of guys (mostly veterans desperate for a ring) will play to the bitter end with drastically reduced roles.


Timmy (with 5 rings and no need to hang on) will walk away before that happens.
