Parker is a better prospect than Exum. I'd still take Wiggins over Exum as well, although I'm taking him based off of what I think he could eventually become. The only thing that worries me about Parker is that he really doesn't care about defense...but I'm pretty sure that Kobe could change that mindset. I really like Exum, and I love the fact that he is ready to embrace playing for the Lakers...but if we get him, everyone is going to have to be really patient because it's going to be awhile before he develops in my opinion. I would be fine with it however...

Oh and as for Embiid, so long as Dantoni and his "the post up is the least efficient play" attitude is here, I don't want Embiid

You got a good point on that. I was thinking the same for sometime now.

The Lakers are going to have to think about Don'tknowi and I think their answer is already in the house with a whole host of ex-Lakers players with coaching experiencing. B. Scott, Coop, Kurt Rambis, Mark Madsen-helluva coaching staff who know how to teach young athletic players how to be champions.

D'Antoni has never been and never will be the answer for the Lakers. Any of those guys you mention, Retro, would seemingly be an improvement.

What a mess and having Jim Buss in the mix doesn't help solve the Lakers' woes.

Thank goodness this season is heading to a close.

With Exum's attitude - I think Kobe would gladly take him under his wing. Could you imagine Exum getting a full year to develop under 2 Hall of Famers like Nash and Kobe? Wow!

Mark my words - if that happens - he will be an All-Star by year 2. He is that good, and I could not imagine a better fit.

No doubt he would. Exum loves Kobe and the Lakers. He could learn a lot from both Kobe and Nash. I'm really liking this kid Bazemore who is also a big fan of Kobe. If both are willing to put in the time and effort, Kobe would certainly work with them. Can they handle 4:00AM workouts though? Kobe is nuts that way.

We have the potential to have some really good backcourt players going forward and I see Kobe eventually retiring and being just like the many Lakers ex-players who've come back schooled the young guys. The most recent being Kareem working with weed boy Andrew.

Bucks and Philly aren't going anywhere. However, we could easily fall to the 9 spot with a few more wins. We could move up to the 3 spot with some more losses. From 3 to 9 is a huge difference. We must stay focused on Operation Tank.

I wouldn't worry about them climbing up a few spots. Take a look at their schedule. Denver tonight. Then some home/aways versus OKC and San Antonio. Then a little break. Then it gets brutal again.

Philly is certainly in full tank mode

I wouldn't be surprised if they went 0 for the rest of the season

Losers of 15 in a row and they still have caught up with the Bucks. The Lakers won't catch either of them. Need to start chipping away at Orlando!

Top 4 will do. I still see Embiid, Wiggins and Parker being 1, 2 and 3!

I want Byron Scott! Is and always will be my favorite Laker! I think he's got the capability to run an efficient offense, but bring defense into his style.

Yep, I didn't see this game because of work so I didn't miss much apparently.
