If he is erratic, I doubt his 98 will play. Hopefully they can reign in his 89-93 and he can grow into a little more to sit at 91-94 or so.

In the 5th round, they probably think they have a decent chance of controlling this kid.

Kinda makes sense. Remember how seriously HS heavy the draft was last year. This year will likely continue to be college heavy to properly fill the system.
