This is an example of why trading picks in the MLB draft would be a good idea. The Cubs like this kid, but he was primarily slated about 10 picks later. Why not let the teams that have stronger scouting take advantage of that?

Look out for Touki Toussaint, RHP with the Giants pick. He is highly ranked, but falling because of a high price tag. Giants apparently like him a lot and wouldn't be against drafting him.
