because gervais and foster would have to go through waivers to go to the AHL.. gus is waiver exempt.. they dont have room on the roster to carry all 3

not a huge deal though, gus has sucked so far this year

Maybe management wants to keep losing this year and they figure Lavy just might be our best shot at a good draft pick. lol

But seriously, I'd have to think he's gone after the season no matter what.

i just dont understand the logic of keeping him for the rest of the season? why set yourself up for the inevitable slow start because the team is learning a new system?

bring in the new coach now, lose games when it's really not that big of a deal, and next year they come in having played the system for 10-15 games already

IMO keeping him til the end of the year makes no sense.

He certainly is our best shot of losing this year How could they come out there last night and not put any hits on anyone not mix it up at all. The ranghers are the softest team in the league and we try to play a speed game with them RIDICULOUS!!!

I agree. Somebody in the organization mist really like him. Either that or they letting him finish the season out of respect to him since he got us to the Cup. I really have no idea what they're thinking.
