Stacy - reliable and consistent but not explosive, good in the passing game both catching and in pass protection. That might be enough to push past Pead and Richardson under Fisher, and he could end up doing for the Rams what people are expecting Bell to do for the Steelers.

Between Baldwin and AJ Jenkins, I'd like the guy under Reid's passing game more than the guy under Harbaugh's, but the real issue for both is under the helmet, and there's nobody reporting from there.

Since I dont play any money leagues with you, I'll tell you this:

Go by what local news is on guys more than national news. ESPN is often times showing up to the dance way too late. If they put him on their list, odds are the ADP will go up, and the player wont be a sleeper anymore, or someone else will reach higher than they should for that guy.

STL local said this about Kendricks last year: 'Is he a sleeper, or the next Joe Klopfenstein?'
Before you even ask who Joe Klop is, he was a TE for the rams that never became the receiving threat that many experts/coaches/scouts thought he would.

Kendricks is a great athlete, but there still wasnt anyone drafting him as their TE1 in any season. And if you did, you whiffed big time on that one.

I didn't get him until very late (I think 17th rd in one league), and he sure as hell wasn't my TE1, but I was bought in because I watched him play at Wisky (as an OSU fan) and knew what he was capable of. Good advice on where to get the info though, you're dead on.

My vote for WR is Kenbrell Thompkins, NE, sounds like he's becoming a favorite of Brady and has looked good in preseason so far. Doesn't hurt that with Gronk out Brady lost his 5 top receivers from last season so someone has to step up.

RB between Giovani Bernard, CIN and Eddie Lacy, GB. Lacy's looked good from what I've seen and should have some room to run with Rodgers throwing the ball to keep defenses honest.

One guy that's ranked high that no one is really saying much about, McCoy with the Eagles. Everyone seems to be worried about the offense that Chip will run but I think McCoy has a good chance to be a top 3 back this season.

Google "Lance Kendricks Fantasy sleeper" and you'll see what I mean. He was also getting talked about on ESPN. He's a great athlete and was a solid TE at Wisky.

I remember he was getting a lot of praise about what a stud TE he was going to be, I took him at TE2 in a deep league and don't think I ever used him, dropped him later in the season if I remember correctly.

I said it before DX and Floyd got injured, I think Keenan Allen is a WR worth keeping tabs on. May be forced into the starting lineup, and as a guy you can get off waivers, cant ask for much more than the oppotunity to make plays.

I think I will stick with the 2012 draft:

T.Y. Hilton
Alshon Jeffrey
Chris Givens

2 of these guys may have really good years. I think T.Y. lights it up.

Lamar Miller too.

I sure as hell hope you're right. I have 3 of those guys in my one money league.

Good question Sox.

If I am limited to one name then I'll go with RB Joseph Randle DAL. The only thing I have to back me up on this is Jerry Jones. Jones has self-anointed Randle as the RB2.

What ever your feeling are of Jerry one thing is for sure, Jerry gets his way - eventually.

At WR, I expect a big year out of Michael Floyd.

For TE, Julius Thomas in Denver has break out potential.

At RB, mid rounds, Ingram will become a TD machine, and they will score in bunches as always. Also, don't be fooled by Shanigans just yet...if you are in a deep league, get Helu. He could be very productive this year.

QB...The field is so deep so what's the point? Tannehill will have the most surprising season, although there are still 14-18 QB's who will be more productive.

The two players I feel will have breakout years who tend to go alittle later are:

Shane Vereen (PPR Beast) He will be New England's Darren Sproles

Jared Cook - No 1 is talking about Cook guy is so under the radar and he should easily finish is a Top8-10 TE. If Cook has a monter year (top 5 te) I would not be surprised 1 bit.

Along with Monkey's choice of Baldwin i too agree and like Ram's choices

I'm drafting Cook late as i can in many leagues he could be top 5 is right
here is to hoping Bradford is ready to step up

so all add Bradford as my choice

so ill Rank my fave 5 choices

Cook
Baldwin
Vereen
Bradford
and Hopkins in Houston if healthy he should only ever have one on one coverage and may sometimes be running free..lots of Options there ya im a fan but seriously Andre-Foster-even Daniels should allow Hopkins to roam relatively free

In 2010, we saw Arian Foster come from nowhere to be one of fantasy's top players.
In 2011, Victor Cruz danced his way from obscurity to fantasy stardom.
In 2012, it was late round rookie Alfred Morris breaking the Shanahan curse and finishing 2nd in rushing.

What name that nobody is talking about right now could potentially end up as a major stud in fantasy football this season?

by the way great Thread Sox sorry im always late too add

It's actually sounding like Broyles might be 4th on the depth chart also behind Burleson and Patrick Edwards.

Broyles isn't fully healthy, so he may not do much this year.

As for Cook, it could go either way. His situation is far better than it has ever been in Tennessee, but he isn't the kind of player to catch a ton of balls. He is more of a big play athlete than he is the type of route runner who can work the middle and consistently move the chains.

I expect him to be a solid fantasy option this year, but he could be boom or bust like Kyle Rudolph was last season, although for different reasons.

Here's a name I'm looking at - Marlon Brown, WR from the Ravens. He's a rookie from UGA. First of all, he's huge at 6'5". He came to UGA with a lot of hype but didn't dominate. That said, the WR position in Baltimore is very unsettled outside of Torrey Smith. I could see Brown possibly being a deep, deep sleeper right now. I'm not gonna draft him, but I will be keeping an eye on him for sure.
