So you just eliminate THE 2 best running backs in the last 5 years, and THEN say no successful running backs recently?
That's convenient.

It's not convenient, it's the truth. Ingram hasn't even been very successful, except for last year when he finally showed promise. TRich sucks, Glen Coffee sucked, Kenneth Darby sucked. and those were the only other ones drafted in recent history. Alexander in '00 was the last successful Bama RB besides Lacy.

My point is that of all the rbs that played for Bama, only a few have had success in the NFL or even been drafted. And I credit their O-line for making them successful, for the most part, in college. Again, NOT ALL OF THEM, but the majority. I stand by my assessment.

The point is, you can't eliminate the best, then say they aren't very good.
