I really think we have to get Jenkins and LaMichael James out there. I can't wait to see them in action.

I would expect KW to be out longer than that. Indications suggest it was pretty serious.

I'm more excited about Jenkins. I don't think James can be expected to replace Hunter's production or style. I would guess Jacobs moves up the chart if Hunter really is out. Jenkins though, I really want to see what he can do. Could be real exciting.

Well if this isn't the "opportunity" for Jenkins to show us the first round talent that we invested into. Going to see if that "speed" and "hands" of Aj are really something to talk about. Could get exciting.... considering Kap's deep threat ability.

LMJ, we'll see what he does, perhaps he and Ginn would work PR/KR more so? It be interesting to see how Harbs will treat Hunters minutes for both Jacobs and LMJ(assuming).

It typically takes rookie WR's longer to assimilate to the league as opposed to rookie RB's. With Jenkins, he showed flashes of solid hands and some good route running, although he apparently did struggle in camp (based on who you ask). I think all of us would like to see him play. On one hand, Baalke has done a pretty solid job drafting players. Although we are a deep team, it's just interesting to note that AJ couldn't beat out Ginn nor Williams in the starting 5. Granted, Ginn is a "return" specialist (and I mean that with much sarcasm), but that's interesting to note. I'm not going to put too much hype into AJ just yet until we seem him against starting CB's.

As for James, he's not in the same mold as Hunter - both have speed although Hunter has some power to his running style. James is more of a quick hitter and might be faster (comparing 40 times, LJ had a 4.45 compared to KH's 4.53).

I almost noted that same exact info in my post but I thought I read a whole thread about that and didn't want to get into it all over. You are right though, I'm just more interested in what he might bring to the table than what LMJ brings.

They'd better bring their big boy chairs to the table. Uncle Kendall and Aunt Williams can't make it to the next few dinner parties so these kiddos aren't eating in the family room off of TV trays. I'm hoping they show up with a nice bottle of wine to compliment the meal instead of big eyes, bad decisions, and English muffin pizzas. We're about to find out I suppose.
