Last season we had a college football / NFL draft thread. Is it time to un-sticky the "Official 2012 NFL draft" thread and sticky a new one?

Or maybe sticky the CBS Sports top 50 thread and change the Title? (I'd actually prefer the latter; that thread already has some good 2013 draft discussion on it).

My way too early favourite prospects (no particular order):

Jarvis Jones
Barrett Jones
Landry Jones
(why not throw another Jones in there? Bray will probably surpass him this year though)
Sam Montgomery
Keenan Allen

Bjoern Werner (much better than Jenkins, who I thought was a bit overrated; Werner is strong as an ox)
I'd add Justin Hunter, but I'm waiting to see how the injury affects him.

Way too early overrated's:

Jackson Jeffcoat
Robert Woods
Matt Barkley
Aaron Murray
(not overly impressed with him)
Star Lotulelei (could be a combine riser?)
Brandon Jenkins

Thanks Clyde.

I forgot about Warmack. And I'm assuming you meant William Gholston. I like him too, but more as a 4-3 guy.

A player who impressed me, whom I never mentioned last year because he wasn't draft eligible, was Tennessee C James Stone. Had some issues with shotgun snaps (low), but he looked great blocking.

I couldn't figure out if he was related to Ron Stone or not. Doesn't really look like him. If he stays at center, I think he could develop into a really good one. He looks equally good in pass protection and run-blocking. Just has to work on those long snaps.

It's hard to tell if all those Vol offensive players look good because of Tyler Bray or if Bray looks good because of all those Vol offensive players. Or maybe they're all great. If anything, I'd say Rogers probably isn't quite as good as he looks catching balls from Bray.

Well I was just listing some of my favorites, not necessarily for the 49ers. And yeah, I meant William.

One of my fav prospects in 2013. I wouldn't be suprised if he ended up being on my top 3 by the end of the year:

It's funny you mention Keenan Allen Bingo, as I thought for sure he would have been a DB/S in college having been recruited by Bama. However, if anyone followed Cal football last year, the kid has exception athleticism and hands for a WR.

Yeah man, he's a tremendous athlete and could have definitely gone pro as a DB had he chosen to focus on that position in college. As a receiver he brings a lot to the table. He's not in the same class of a Calvin, Larry Fitz, or even Adriel Jeremiah Green; but the kid has what it takes to be considered an elite receiver in the league in the mold of someone like Roddy White, or Greg Jennings. Keenan Allen is spectacular to watch after the catch and knows how to get open. I only wish that he was a shade faster (average top end speed at best) - because I hardly see him beat someone deep. That's just me nitpicking because Rashaun Woods used to beat DBs deep all the time in college and was incapable of translating that same skills set in the pros. This kid Keenan will be a solid # 1 in the league one day.
