On the bottom of the comment box it has "post reply" "upload a file" "more options"...

Click "upload a file"

A black box should pop up... Click choose file, then click from your photo library and select the pic... It will load for a few seconds then it will ask if you want it to be a thumbnail or full photo... That's a personal preference, and that should do it...
