Dang man, you scared my guys so bad, Magic peed himself and Steph pooped his pants....Shit guys, I have like all of the 1st team all-defense awards ever. I feel bad that your shitty offenses will be powerless against such a juggernaut.

Not a chance. I was around in the 80's, he wouldn't be taking it to the rack against the pistons, but neither did anyone else. No one in the 80's could stay in front of him, and he's the best shooter ever. On the ball or not, he'd be fine. Isaiah Thomas wasn't exactly Rat LewisHe is super tough while the NBA protects him while prancing like a jackass. I really wish he played in the 80's, he would be dead.

A second point on that.. He's not the first "protected" player in NBA history. Jordan's biggest advantage was that if you even breathed on him a whistle blew. That's a fact
Oakley played for the Knicks, how many times did he end things for MJ? You're right in that you could handle check, but great is great. Superior quickness, handle, and shooting would have destroyed the Knicks. Who's checking Curry, John Starks? LMAOHe would make a jump shot, run around and grimace like a tough guy because he did his job, then Oakley would destroy him and accept his 1 game(maybe) suspension. Rinse and repeat against every teams enforcer type player.

Those are two separate deals. No way Warriors play this style in the 80's, BUT, put Curry in the 80's, and he's just as unstoppable, if not MORE. The game today has more amazingly athletic PG's than any point in history, and none of them can hold him. How are John Paxon and Steve Kerr gonna do against him lol? Actually, Kerr is on record about the subjectNo argument, but Jordan also had a roster behind him to fear if you took a shot. A knifes edge of, I can knock Jordan down, but do I want Horace Grants, Rodman, or Oakleys response? the answer was generally no.
Warriors closest thing they have is Iggy, Green is all bark, and even the officials are tired of that bitch.
I was a Knicks fan. Loved Starks. Biggest choke ever was watching him go like 1-40 in a deciding game. I'm exaggerating, but not muchYou leave Starks alone! he is a treasure!
