If you are the Bills, Browns, Buccs, how do you not go after Rivers hard?

All of those teams could be serious contenders with Rivers under center.
I agree completely...well maybe not Tampa.
And that's why those teams are never any good. They never have a QB and/or they go after the wrong one. I'd kill for Rivers on the bengals

Well maybe we can do that instead of pay the Chargers asking price. We will let you kill someone of their choice, you go to prison, we get Rivers.

I agree with the Bills. They would be terrific if they had a quarterback. Good D, Rex is a great defensive coach, etc. They also have an explosive back and a top wideout.

Disagree about Tampa or Cleveland. Tampa really messed up their roster over the last few years. They gave up tons of money/draft picks for Revis, Ghoulston, Johnson, and Collins among others. Seems like they're starting over again.

Cleveland has talent and would definitely better with Rivers, but I don't think they'd contend for much more than a wildcard. Missing on Richardson, Manziel, Gilber, and Weeden and missing out on Gordon has really stunted their growth.

Outside of the QB position I think Buffalo has as much talent as anyone in the league. But they also don't have a 1st round picks this year. It's hard to think of a trade package SD would take that doesn't include a 2015 1st rd pick.

If I'm Tampa I'd take Winston at #1 and not think twice about it.

Cleveland offered a 1st round pick for Bradford so they'd probably make a substantial offer for Rivers. They have 2 picks in the top 20 and 3 in the top 45.

Cleveland might make the most sense looking at all the factors

If Rivers is healthy I cant imagine SD is in a hurry to trade him unless they get a blockbuster deal.
