Brady had a huge arm in his prime, but I wouldn't call Manning or Brady vertical passers in the traditional sense. They both make quick reads and get the ball out of their hands quickly and take shots when they're there. If you can read a defense at that level, and you have great pocket presence, you can get away with subpar mobility.
But I don't think you'll ever see another Kerry Collins or Drew Bledsoe make it to the SB in this era.
I might be underrating his mobility or his ability to pick a team apart with underneath passing though
His mobility is terrible from what I have seen. However, he can make every throw including the underneath stuff.
