The Orioles' management is going to have to solve the problem of an offense that just cannot produce consistently. This lineup's approach to hitting is bush league. It doesn't matter how good your pitching staff is if you cannot string together hits, advance runners and plate them when RISP.

Management seriously needs to look at the lack of production from Wieters, Markakis, McClouth and make some moves. Next year the Orioles cannot count on Davis having anywhere near the early season he had. His entire season will more likely be like the second half of this season. Also, can they get better production from 2nd, and still keep good defensive play at 2nd.

5-9 in the series went 12 for 52 = .230
