C'mon, Vogey. Throw strikes. There's no pressure on you right now.

Vogey up?

Timmeh is in the Petit role tomorrow...
Yeah, Vogey has to be pretty confused and ambivalent right about now.

Yeah, I deserve this.

I hope we win tomorrow.

I probably won't be back next year.

This is embarrassing.

Etc, etc

Perez HAS to start tomorrow.

It wouldn't be a bad move. Ishikawa hasn't given us much this series, but maybe he'd be good off the bench against one of KC's big three, as they are all right-handed. And Ishikawa's defense is shaky at best.

Recent performance says you start Perez. I wish that kind of thinking would've caused us to not start Peavy tonight.

Royals beat Giants 10-0 in Game 6 of WS

Most people were saying this World Series would go 7 games so they will get their wish Wednesday. Royals dominated the game from the 1st inning on pretty much. Ventura pitched great and was the difference as KC also tallied 15 hits. The Royals deserved to win and thats about that. Giants had only 6 hits and never really got things going.

The good news is the Giants saved most of their late inning relievers for Game 7. Hudson most likely will start Game 7 with Bum backing him up. Royals responded big tonight and both of these teams deserve to play in a Game 7.

One more round for the Heavyweight Championship of Baseball. It's been a great series and both teams will fight to the end. Should be a hellava scene in KC Wednesday starting at 5:07 WST.

Go Giants !!

How short is Huddy's leash tomorrow?

Bases loaded in the first inning and he gives up a hit, he's out of there, regardless of the number of outs. The leash is probably no shorter than that.

???

Vogey has nothing to be embarrassed about. He pitched a couple days ago and put up a nice inning in order to save other arms.

Well done, sir.

The other question is who comes into the game first to relieve Hudson? Bum, Petit, or maybe even Lincecum? I guess it will depend on the situation.

He will be treated like a reliever. 2 runners on, unless he looks dialed in, he is gone.

I expect approx 3 innings.

We gotta score early, because their pen is rested and the big three can probably go 1-2 innings each. We gotta get to Guthrie.

Ugh, the 2002 memories...

I guess then in game 6 it wasn't a blowout, it was a tragic bullpen/manager fail. But today kinda was too...no, scratch that, Peavy fail to get it going.

In 2002 we knew we'd lose game 7. I don't have that feeling now.

If the BABIP gods are in play like they were tonight, tomorrow's winner will not be as a result of either team. It just will be.

Well at least there is a game 7. How effective do you guys think Madbum will be on short rest if he comes in? All hands on deck it should be fun.

100% situation-based. If it is early, and a tough spot, I can see Romo or Lopez cone in in the first inning. I can also see Bum take over in the sixth.

THIS game is largely on Boch. Petit was a horrible call. If we get shut down by a fresh KC bully tomorrow, I place a good portion of that on Posey.

Worst. AB. Ever.

Further, I agree about the 2002 comparison. While I do not our position anymore, I am not "convinced" that we are done, like I was in '02.

I keep saying this because I get no replies...does anyone agree Posey shouldn't be an everyday catcher anymore?

Damn Allstar game...probably a different series if we had HFA

Anyone know which league won more interleague games this year? Because that's been the best idea for picking HFA I've heard.
