Dogturds going with a RH opener (Knebel), trying to force Kap to use all LH bats leaving none for late innings. Kap counters with L/R/L/R/R/L/R/L. Phuk you Davey. Big Dick and Digdug on the bench as well as Babe, Flowers, Barrels and Slate.

Thing is, he has a slight reverse split, pitches much better at the Latrine and during the day. KB has some ownage.

I will be there lads; will do my best not to throw up.

Just thought of another reason Roberts is using an opener. When the pitchers spot comes up in the 2nd or 3rd he doesn't have to waste an out. Webb will definitely bat at least once and we hope twice (or more!).

This is one of the big arguments in favor of the opener.


this is the smart way to get the “DH” into the NL. And a way I completely support.

Got a little concerned when Betts lead off the game with a hit. Glad to see Webb quickly set them down.
And yes, time for runs aplenty from the bats of the Giants (make them taste what games 2 & 4 were like).

Vin Scully tweeted this was the biggest game ever between these two teams. Not sure I agree but it's top 3 probably.
