Vote postponed on health care bill to see, means the Republicans knew they weren't close. We'll see what happens tomorrow after some deal making tonight. Seems to me this law keeps some of the worst aspects of Obamacare and keeps hardly any of the good stuff.

I think it's interesting that conservatives complained about the ACA being "jammed down our throats." ACA started in committees in July of 2009 and took until March of 2010 to pass. The details of this plan won't even be six weeks old before the vote tomorrow.

Rushed policy, trades off help to the working poor for tax cuts for the rich, and simply bad governance. Democrats have been inept at times, but the Republicans are just fucking embarrassing and their motives are so clear. They've done an excellent job taking Southern and midwest rednecks for a ride and playing on their fears to their own detriment.

Oh, damn it, damn it, damn it. So basically the only jobs in the future for humans will be as professional athletes to entertain throngs of robots for the only job they can't do.

Sounds like Ryan has told Trump they don't have the votes.

Which is great and all, until you consider that the reason they don't have the votes is because their health care plan doesn't take away enough for some old white guys' tastes.
