Who do we go after or promote to be OC?? Callahan has the chops, and I would not be against it because I get the feeling he would implement more of a running game. But I question if Jay would give him total control of the offense.

Maybe, but as a HC, you kind of need an OC... too many tasks in the day to day to go without one.

That would be awesome for him, he already has a poor man's DJax and an above average running back.
The skins would probably promote within. Not sure if McVay is ready for such a huge jump at what?....34 years old.

Naw, but on a more serious note, it does bother me a bit that there has been a penchant for staying with guys that have worked with him and Bruce in other places. Gotta study a bit and see who's available that I like and get back to your question later.
