and that has what to do with the detroit tigers? the thread you are on right now? or is that just your way of admitting to everyone here you are a troll?

It certainly isn't going to start any constructive conversations about the Detroit Tigers...

Child like behavior :). Should I expect a picture of a penis like you have done before. LOL

So for anyone else that might post here that has the social and emotional maturity to discuss baseball......
LOL.. Yeah.. I guess reminding Tigers fans who won the WS in 2015 fits this... Seriously iffy.. i would respect you more if you just came out and admitted you enjoy trolling.

  • A few teams had concerns about the medicals on Doug Fister, one NL team official told Cafardo. Fister got a one-year, $7MM deal from the Astros, but some teams thought they could get him on a minor league deal. Fister, soon-to-be 32, could be a bounceback candidate for Houston. After several strong years in Detroit, he put up a stellar 2.41 ERA over 164 frames in 2014, his first season with the Nationals. But things went south last year, as he dealt with injury issues and lost his rotation spot after he was tagged for a 4.60 ERA and .302/.341/.471 batting line in 15 starts.
guess this answers why detroit stayed away.

I am not even remotely going to have a debate about either bums or iffy. bums is a god damn moron and iffy is a troll that has the tigers listed as his favorite team when in reality he is the farthest thing from an actual tigers fan you will ever see.

I don't read the Detroit Free Press or Detroit News online editions very often, but I caught a Lynn Henning article, about some Tiger's minor league prospects, last week.

Henning: Tigers add pieces, but prospects vital, too

Talk about optimism! This writer has Moya hitting 30 homers with 100+ RBI in the next season or two, thus making it easier to "trade Upton or JD Martinez". He also sees Dixon Machado maybe replacing Iglesias - but more likely moving to 2nd this year so Kinsler can be traded at the end of the season. And JaCoby Jones....the guy on a 50 game suspension...."a Detroit version of Ben Zobrist".

I think Mr. Henning qualifies as a "Homer". (or he is just kissing the new GMs butt)

You should listen to Henning in interviews. It's over the top with nearly every expectation.

Honestly.. I used to hate MLive.. but in recent years.. they are actually a better place for info on Michigan related sports as compared to the traditional outlets.... didn't used to be that way.. but it is now.

I am wondering about Norris' status going into spring training. Does the club see him being ready by Opening Day? I see rotation predictions for Detroit that leave him off the 5 man rotation, but I also see him listed as either the #4 or #5 starter. Without Norris (or any of the other 4 starters) it appears Detroit will start to dip into a pool of pitchers named Farmer, Greene, Boyd. Deja-vu
