I would say you were 100% correct if Riley wasn't involved.

If I'm the Lakers, I'd pay him over Noah, Horford or Hibbert.

Pau? I agree that they should pay him especially with Noah off the books and the cap going up. But if I'm them, I don't go over 2 years with a team option for a 3rd year. He's still playing at a high level, but he's getting old.
