For Sty, he never was properly developed from the beginning. And there is truth to that. But it's way beyond water under the bridge at this point.How much 'training' does he deserve? How long are you cool being a terrible team? He's already started more than 35 games and is still fundamentally one of, if not the worst QBs in the league.
He's been in the league 4 years. His footwork still sucks, his vision still sucks, his decision making is very questionable at times, and he's never once shown an ability to stand in the pocket keep his eyes downfield taking on a pass rush. Some of this 'training' is on him. RG3 is all about the glam of the weight room. The fact that he hasn't gotten better is on him just as much as it's on his coaches.
Griffin can possibly succeed in a hybrid system, that up to now he has refused to run. Can't see him ever working for DC at this point. Maybe with another team.
