3-1 pitch was the best pitch he was going to get to hit and he fakes a bunt? i hate that BS

What's the point? You fake a bunt to get a fastball. You're already in a fastball count. Just all around dumb baseball tonight.

We take FAR too many perfect strikes on the first pitch.

What a shitty effort. Better hope Houston loses and you don't get hurt by this one.

Nice to see Houston not jump right back on the horse at home. Certainly won't help their mindset.

If Gray can beat them tomorrow, they will really be reeling

Seattle owns us for some reason. Good thing we only have 2 games left with these guys and we need to win tomorrow because Felix is Pitching Sunday. What's with all the Spurs hate? Basketball season is still about a month and a half away and the Spurs had nothing to do with the Rangers loss tonight.

I honestly think if we play .500 ball the rest of the way we'll win the division. With that said, we've got 15 left, and I'd hope we can go something like 10-5.

We were due for an emotional letdown game sooner or later after all of those high-energy wins against Houston. It might as well happen on a night when the bloop/fluke hits are falling for the opponent, the Astros lose, and the umps are criminally bad. Throw in the lack of execution with RISP and it just wasn't our night all the way around.

Re-rack 'em and get right back to winning tomorrow. I hope they hang a 10-spot on that talentless hack Vidal Nuño.

Yep. They were due a loss like that. Flush it, and move on.

He was probably out, but that's still true. I'm not a fan of the fact that the fielder simply keeps his glove on the base runner for several seconds in hopes that a sliver of daylight appears and they can get a call reversed on instant replay. That wasn't the intent of the replay system.

Exactly and add to it there is contact by 3rd baseman that IMO had an effect. This reminds me of the blocking of home plate issue. Common sense needs to rule. When there is contact and for a sliver a guy is off base common sense dictates not to rule out. They need to look at this again
