This is a devastating loss for the Chiefs. One cannot overplay how devastating to the mental makeup of this Chiefs team this loss is. I love it.

I love this team - Elway wanted a team that would bite and scratch and run through walls to win - and Kubiak has given us that team. Go Broncos!

Wow, what an awesome game. I can't believe we pulled that out.

I wonder how Chiefs fans are taking it....

Yeah they showed a lot of mental toughness to go into that stadium with all the circumstances surrounding it and get down 14-0 early...Then to come storming back. Twice. Once after the two TD deficit then to go down the field and tie it up after giving up the late TD speaks volumes of character and toughness for this team. Awesome win. And I think they're only going to get better.

What did we learn?
This team has fortitude. It also has attitude. That's a great combo.
I said before the season started this D unit would be top 3 in every category. This D might be the best. Like '85 Bears best.
Kubiak should let Manning be Manning.
Our o line is shaky, but they can pull it together. I'm wondering about Mathis though. I was not impressed.
Sanders has proven he isn't a one year wonder.
I questioned picking up Stewart, I was wrong. That kid has skills. And although it was Marshall who unlodged the ball, Stewart is always around the ball. A hell of an upgrade
I'm a little concerned about CJ. Hopefully this long week gets him right
I love this team

I don't know where to start. I can't believe that just happened.

Right when I wanted to come in here after being down 14-0 being a little drama queen calling for Peyton Manning's retirement papers he picks it up, the D comes through and life is great! For one more week!

Draft Crazy I agree when we were down by 14 all I kept thinking is "please Broncos make this game at least interesting as I don't want to listen to 10 straight days of the media saying how Manning is done and this team stands no chance now."

I think we did finally see that while Manning's arm and timing is still a work in progress that I do think the new offense is a big part of the struggles early on. That 3rd quarter we put him back under Center for the most part and once again struggled. Move him back in the shot gun and it looks like the 2013 season again. I'm hoping this 10 days between games gives them a chance to work on the under center part of the game as I do think that they will need to have that down come December as they have to have a run game if we want to win the Super Bowl. Right now though to win games I don't mind if we look more like last year and ease more into this new offense instead of trying to force something that just isn't working.

The problem is the run game worked better under the gun too

All in all, one of our best victories of the regular season. Division rival, in their house....don't get any better

I do love this defense, but I think it's a bit early to be putting them in the 85 Bears' category.

I think Mathis will be fine. Remember, we just signed him a couple weeks ago.

I fully agree on Stewart. And I was against the signing, as well. I thought we would be in big trouble if he ended up starting for us and I missed that one by a mile.

I remember during some of the off season being so mad that they were not trying Roby or Webster at the FS position as I do think they have the physical tools to do well at the position. Obviously the team saw that they were in a good spot with Stewart. Some players just develop a little later than others. Elway has shown that we should not doubt especially in FA his ability to find a diamond in the rough. We did it with Knighton, essentially Marshall, and maybe most important that of Sanders.

Wow. I just hope some learned their lesson to keep the negatives till after game or at least bring a jug of water to rinse the mud off your face. What a great game. I saw it all cause I wasn`t on here bashing any bad plays that by the way actually happen from time to time. I was really proud of both sides of ball for Denver in tough hostile territory and where 80% of the population thought and hoped Denver would lose. Good job boys. Proud of every single one of ya.

I live in Maryland and listen to Baltimore sports talk mostly in my car. Man, EVERYONE trashed Stewart last season. I don't watch as much Ravens football as I do us, so I took their word for it. I know how starved they were for safeties and how disappointed they have been with Elam. I don't know if it's the system or if he just really improved during the offseason or if this is a lucky streak he's on, but he's been awesome these past 2 games. I may have to call in tomorrow and thank Bmore nation for the gift. It takes some of the sting out of the Elvis fiasco.

but hey, the better team won imo so congrats there. just goes to show you simply CANNOT give the rock away(ESPECIALLY that often) and expect to win. that and Andy Reid CLEARLY outsmarting himself didn't help matters either...

back to the drawing board i guess...

The defense with pressure all game and creating big time turnovers does take pressure off the offense which is needed so far this year. Ware looks like he is 10 years younger I only wonder if he will be playing this well at the end of the year. T.J. Ward looked out of position a few times and a little slow but was his first game of the year and expect him to get better. How about those special teams compared to what we saw in preseason? McManus has been money from long range. For the offense Manning has to hit some of these deep throws that he is just missing. The o line right now is a mess but with a long week now hopefully they can get it together. C.J. Anderson just doesn't look healthy so this time off will help because Denver must have a running game going into the playoffs. The offense as well looked better in the shotgun but Manning will have to get better under center so PA can be used more often. Manning has to work on his passes and setting his feet on bootlegs as well. Any time you can get a big win on the road on a short week in K.C. and still have many issues that need to be cleaned up just shows how this teams attitude is nothing like it was under Fox, J.D.R. and Gase. Go Broncos!!!

I lied. I said to win in Arrowhead on a short week we had to play good D and run the ball well.

We didn't run the ball well and still won. :)
