I know you are smart enough to know that the judge did not rule on Brady's guilt, only on the right to impose a 4 game suspension under the CBA....
Everyone knows he's as guilty as OJ, just no one really cares anymore....He may still serve a suspension, after the NFL appeal but could be next season....

The only thing he won was the right to play four games earlier than otherwise...
He still cost his team 1 mil and 2 draft picks and the Hall of Shame reputation that will follow him forever...
