Not to rain on this parade since I think its a good idea to use the rest of the season to evaluate the younger guys, but the Pawsox and Sea Dogs are both awful W/L wise.

The problem is that with PED's everything is suspect. Unfair as it may be, that is the way it is. We know there are ways around the tests, we know the boys in the lab are working hard to stay ahead, and we know that the players will take them if they think they can get away with it.

Even a player like Albert who has never tested positive can't escape the speculation. The dramatic changes in physical appearance and his anomalous numbers are clear evidence of what he's doing.

Didn't Bonds have a strong Balco connection that may not have proved an actual injection but got real close?


Albert has been pretty damn consistent through out his career and doesn't have any of these side issues floating around.
