This is the heart of the problem right here. You and trojan have declared yourself the golden standard of even, unbiased, evaluation of LeBron.

Anyone who doesn't criticize him for what you do or praise him for what you do... is clearly either a Lebroniac or an irrational hater.

Giving props for LeBron's achievements doesn't make you unbiased... let alone the golden standard. Just like my being willing to criticize LeBron for 2011 and his media gaffes doesn't make me unbiased.

I admit that I am on the LeBron side of the line... but you two --- while not extreme and completely biased --- are very much on the other side of the line.

Example(s) please?

Any opinion is fair game.
What have I ever said negatively about him that is factually wrong?

The Lebron conversation is never-ending, just deal with it and move on. I am actually sick of talking about him.

I proposed a "no mentioning James" 24 hour period..but nobody jumped on board.

I haven't declared myself the "golden standard" of anything. I've just said that I try to be fair re: Lebron. If I don't like something he does or says, I say so. I think he's the best player in the game and I say it. If he gets criticized in a way that I feel is unfair, I say so.

And the bold is just hilarious, especially after the first part of your post.

Seriously?!? Turnup has always been the same re: Lebron. He enjoyed him being on the Heat and the 4 staright finals appearances and 2 titles. He also defended The Decision for the money that went to charity, but also said that is was poorly executed and came off badly.

He's always praised Lebron on the court (except for the 2011 disappearing act vs. the Mavs) and criticized some of the crap that he's pulled off the court, while also acknowledging that he's not had any legal issues, etc. unlike many other NBA players.

Not sure how much more unbiased he can be.

I EVEN gave him a semi pass vs the Mavs stating that team was unique.
Back then, was it Wade's team or his?
I said there was equal blame to go all the way around and that the series was prob lost when the team started cerebrating about 5 minutes to early in game 2.

That's great. The problem is that when you don't like something he says and say so... and then someone doesn't mind it... or actually likes it.... you declare that person to be overly defensive of LeBron and incapable of criticism.

Exactly. Any opinion. I haven't had any factually wrong endorsements of LeBron... you haven't had any factually wrong criticisms of him.

But because of the nature of opinion... we are often on opposite ends.

There is nothing wrong with that... except when Trojan becomes obsessed with my opinions meaning that I am a LeBroniac icapable of criticism.

i never predicted them to win 70 this year.

I predicted them to challenge the 70win plateua, and I think they can do it in the '15/'16 season. I have predicted this for 2 years at least - BEFORE LeBron came back- at FN

ask DJ or Mecca- DJ and a psycho named MMAFan gave me shit about it all the time thinking I am crazy (maybe) and that its remotely not even a shred possible in todays NBA.

I know that- I am just saying- if Love comes backas expected- - I called LeBroncoming back- called them trading for Love, called them losing in the Finals their first year but beating the Bulls to get there------and Next year I call the Cavs having the best record in basketball and winning 70 games and going on to win the championship against the Warriors in a rematch (orpossibly against the Thunder) .

Its down here in black and white and will for all to see. If I am wrong- I am wrong- and deserve to be called out and ridiculed for it.

More like 5 years. But, because it could finally happen doesn't mean anything because if you say it every year at some point chances are you could be right. Just stop it because you were repping Westbrook and OKC hard until LBJ announced he was going back to Cleveland. Now, you've suddenly forgotten all about them. :L

Have you ever criticized him, about anything?

I know both Trojan and I have given him tons of praise as far as his basketball skills.

If love comes back and kyrie/love stay healthy, i'd say they can win between 58-63 games. At this point, there is a big difference between reg. season lebron and playoff lebron (rightfully so, it'd be foolish to use THAT much energy every night of an 82 game season). But I think a healthy Cavs team can has a great chance at a 'ship. Question is, can the important guys stay healthy? that, i'm not so sure of.
Well if we're to use the past seasons as the sample, I'd have to say no. The chances of them staying healthy are pretty slim.

The LeBron 'haters' are FAR more obsessed with comparing him to MJ, than the Cavs fans or LeBron fans are.

Please show me all the Cavs fans on here declaring LeBron as the GOAT. I must have missed all of those posts.
You might want to ask Trojanman 12 to help you find all those posts after games 2 & 3....believe me...there are some ridiculous ones.

I can't disagree with that. But there was also a time when the same questions surrounded Steph, so who knows! Maybe things will change!

Being able to acknowledge both the good and bad is and that is what Turnup has always done.

It's funny that you don't understand the meaning of the word unbiased though.
